Windows:  Open 'My Computer', open 'Control Panel'.  Double Click on 'Internet' (or 'Internet  Options').  Click on the 'Connection' Tab, Click on 'Connect..' (or 'Setup' - depending on the version) The Internet Connection Wizard will start and walk you through all the required steps.  Refer to the information below and your client data sheet that we provided you for the correct data.  See also: Dial-Up Tips

Commercial Customers:  Unless you have your own domain name, your E-Mail address is username@dvoice.com

Residential Customers:  Your E-Mail address is username@nacs.net     (Note all lower case)
